Airbnb delays showing a new listing to guests for 24-72hours. This is so Hosts have time to finish setting up their listings. There's alot more information to add to your listing and I noticed you are missing alot of information in the various sections. Don't forget to add your cancellation policy, set your cleaning fee and decide if you want to use instant book or request to book. Make sure your pricing is correct, and decide how far you want to open your calendar.
What Happens After I Publish

Go to the Listing Editor and click every square on the left side (Airbnb calls them "cards"). A panel will open on the right side for each card where you need to add information. Don't forget to also setup your Arrival Guide.
Scheduled Messages/Quick Replies
You should also setup your Scheduled Messages & Quick Replies. Do this on a computer/laptop as the short codes don't work if using your phone in the App.
