Until very recently there was a button (under 'listing' on host side) that would let host see what prospective guests would pay for particular dates. I can't find this button any longer. I think it used to be under 'listing' and 'booking settings' but not sure, or maybe under 'preview' listing....Thanks for any help!

Hello @Nicole171
Just go to your calendar, select the dates you want to review then it will show the price preview guest total and compare similar listings. Tap the guest total and it will show you the price breakdown and your potential earnings. Tap compare similar listings and it will show you the booked and unbooked listings in your area with their prices. You can then decide if you need to adjust your rate for those dates or add discounts to be more competitive.

@Patricia2526 This feature seems to have been lost since the recent major Airbnb app update ... Is it still somewhere hidden!? Or when will this feature "preview what guests will pay" be back !?
Yes, it disappeared from my calendar on the app as well. Have you tried checking on desktop or through a browser? You can also submit your feedback about the latest update.
Yes...it is a known bug as a result of the recent software release and being worked on:
