Hello,
Questions regarding "Lisiting not appearning in Search Results" are very common and I'd like to share some reasons why this could be happening and how you can view your listing on searching.
Before getting to the details, it is important to understand how search results are determined. The linked article talks about how Airbnb's complex ranking system uses different factors to reward hosts that deliver a great experience to guests. Focus on these factors to optimize your listing.
Let's understand why you might not be able to see your listing in the Search Results:
1) Your location might have more than 300 listings. For ease of display, Airbnb only displays 300 listings at a time and thus some listings, beyond 300, might not appear during a general location search without any filters.
However, if you make use of the multiple search filters that Airbnb has to offer (like Dates, No. of Guests, Room type, Price Range etc.) then you can perform a more specific and narrowed down search which might reduce the search results and your listing will then show up if it matches the filter criteria.
*Please note that, most guests make use of the filters while searching for a vacation home.
2) You can also make use of the map by zooming in closer to your location if your looking at a very large area. Use the '+' button to zoom in and '-' to zoom out. Reducing the area will further reduce the results and you will be able to see your listing. Don't forget to click on the "Redo Search Here" button on the top.
If your listing still continues to not appears,
3) Check if it is "Listed" and not in the "Delisted" mode. To do this, visit your Dashboard >> Your Lisitng >> Manage Listing and Calendar. Expand the Menu options by clicking on the grey icon with 3 horizontal bars on the left top. Look up at the bottom of the Menu that emerges to see if your listing is active. It should appear as "Listed" with a green dot. If it doesn't click on the drop down menu and change it to listed.
4) Still can't see it? Ask the Community to see if any of the members are able to see it on searching with relevant filters.
4) Yet no luck? Please get in touch with Airbnb and they shall definitely resolve your problem.
Happy Hosting 🙂

For hosts searching for your Instant Book listing, @Clare0 has created a great guide here in the Community Center sharing an overview of how this works. To view her guide take a look here.
Well eather I don't know, or Airbnb is wrong I cannot find my listing https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16306277
Anyone can help?
Same problem here! Airbnb is forcing hosts to use the instant booking option!!
Complained to Airbnb about the problem that my listing is not visible. I'm a Superhost and never had any problems finding suitable guests. Now for over a month I didn't get any new bookings. The reply from Airbnb is that I declined to many bookings, for that reason my listing now has a really low visibility rate. The Airbnb spokesman compared declining bookings with discrimination. I did decline a couple of bookings, but I accepted enough to get the Superhost status. Actually Airbnb is forcing hosts to use the instant booking option. So if you, as a respectable host, not go along with the system your listing will get less and less visible. As a host I want to be in control about who is staying at my apartment, as it's my home! Hosts must be able to decline a booking, but apparently this is the way Airbnb rewards their superhosts....

This is ridiculous....their rules state you can decline as many reservations as you wish with not penalty. As for discrimination, if the rental is part of where you live, you legally can refuse anyone for any reason as long as you do not advertise the parameter.
So crazy how many people have this issue and Airbnb is not reacting. You can tell even the reps know that it's wrong but come up with random reasons while it's not showing. Switch to vrbo.com - they gotten many Airbnb people now. You snooze - you loose, Brian Chesky!
Hi
I just listed a new property. However as soon as got the email confirming that the listing is now avaialbe, when i click on the link it shows listing is not avaialble. Please help.
the reason i couldnt see mine was that it was too new! apparantly it take 24-48 hours to be activated in the searches. This should help in answers, as a lot of people go in to see how it appears after theyve made a new listing and ohoh! Its not here yet... but have no fear, itll apppear soon
Hi everybody!
I need your help. I opened my apartment today , I can check it via "see my offer" but when I trying to search for it with different dates, number of guests or just the area it is not there. Even my friends were trying to look for it and it is not listetd! Besides near my area there are few apartments.https://www.airbnb.pl/rooms/12204220?preview
I am frustraited cause now we have good days to let the apartment and it is not there!
@K_T0 Judging from the listing number, it has been around for a while. You say you just opened it up. Have you just re-listed it? If that is the case, it will take 24 to 48 hours for your listing to be visible in search results. Wait a day or two and let us know if you don't find it!
Thanks for trying to help me. I conacted them. They say that since there are a lot of options for 2-4 guests (and I have option for 5), they do not show it all on the map. Or they show it on the last page but not always. Or if you choose 5 guests it will be seen...also the last page...
Hi everybody,
I read all your comments. Have the same probem with one of my listings. Right now it is snoozed but I will 'bring it to life' in few minutes again so could you please search for it?
I rent in small town Crikvenica, Croatia - two listings there, smaller one for 3 people (50 m from the beach) and larger one for 4 people (200 m from the beach, named '2 in 1 app!').
Would you be so kind to make some research, especially the smaller apartment?
Thank you in advance 🙂
Kind regards to all,
Blanka
@Blanka4 Here is a link to my search for the 2 in 1 app!
And here's a link to my search for the 50 m from the Beach:
I hope this helps!
Hmm.. Not sure I get it right. Loks like I'm doing quite fine.. ?
Yes, @Blanka4, so long as a guest is looking for a place like yours, they will see your listing in search results. The search function specializes in matching guests with listings that meet their preferences. Here's more information on this:
Can you send me the link to ypur appartment? How does it look like? I will check it. And for which dates to check?
I need Your help , what can i do to make my listing visible in search results , it does not appear in it at all, what is wrong with it and how can i help please advise
