Why don't the desktop and mobile app automatically sync???

UGH... this is maddening.  I'm a website developer, so I'm not a moron when it comes to software and integrated apps.... which this clearly is NOT.  They appear to be running on two completely separate platforms... and they're not synchronizing, so my app has outdated information that I just spent hour updating on the desktop.

 

I can't figure out where the sync button is... HELP!

Haven't had this issue in ten years of hosting . What's out of sync for you?

 

you don't appear to be either a host or guest so not sure what's not updating?

As a tech-minded person, you have likely checked this already, but it's always worth making sure both your app and device are up to date to avoid sneaky glitches!
