My suggestions
It looks like the same bedroom pictures and such used repetitively. You may have 5 units but things like same comforter on every bed picture, that does put a question.
If something like the first listing is an entire unit like listing one it should not be listed under rooms,
Check your amenities average is about 40 or 50 per listing you are below.
One of the listings is 1 bedroom, 1 bed correct occupancy it says 4.
Smoke detectors in bedrooms, online very inexpensive options.
Do you gave a "Full Kitchen" it appears Kitchenette correct the photo room folder.
Show an area or way to dine in the full units.
Especially if 2 terraces, show a potential guest. That is a highlight.
Your description, a guest has a one week vacation buying mid. They like to know about the apartment. Airbnb gives you 5 pages, a guest doesn't know your area, the transportation, how your listing is a great location for what and eating or food shopping.
I also suggest another name then rental unit, something that makes a guest feel your listing is as wonderful as it is.
Because the negative comment about you being sleeping at check in (not coitizing) I would just put some criteria on check in 10 am to 10 pm for exanple. I have a limit, it does not prevent guests asking for a different time if needed. You can schedule the unique.

@Nameer0 it takes a particular type of person to succeed as a host. For one thing you have to earn bookings (so plz give me bookings will not work). Then when you have bookings you need to deliver for the guests - Your single 1 star review demonstrates you do not.
My only advice is to search for properties like yours and compare what they offer, what they charge, and how they are reviewed. Then adjust your listing either in terms of description or price to get some bookings. Yes it will involve work but you get nothing for free in this life.

Hi @Nameer0,
In order to help you, I'm going to tag some hosts to see if they can help you with some tips: @Shelley159, @Marie8425, @Jacquelynn8, @Joey28, @Jason2680, is there something that you would recommend Nameer?
Wishing you best of lucks!

I don't know what people look for in Pakistan, but if your listing was here in the USA, I would tell you to get better pictures. Many are dark. There is a kid in one. Many are blurry.
Make the beds tighter and cleaner looking. They look like loosely put on sheets from someones home and not tight fitting like a hotel might have. Loose sheets don't look as clean as tight fitted sheets do.
Good Luck!

Hi @Nameer0
In addition to the advice the others have given, I'd take a look at all aspects of the listings again and make sure they look as attractive as possible. There are some errors in the titles and descriptions, e.g. the names ("2 bed drawing & dinning banglow facing").
Once you've reviewed and completed everything about the listings, do a search of Karachi - some really attractive listings came up on page 1 for me when I searched for 5-guest stays. You can identify some similar listings and see whether you can bring your offering in line (in terms of the listings, but also pay attention to prices and what they offer).
Hope it helps! It will be a bit difficult to rank highly very quickly as the first guest wasn't happy, but listings with few reviews can quickly change significantly in their overall average rating (because when you're new each rating still has a very big impact on the average). So if you make sure you address the check-in issue and work to increase views and bookings, the rank of the listings will improve over time.

As a traveler and been in Pakistan few times.. i see a very pakistani interiors - dark.. too dark.. As a foreign traveller I will not stay there as its too heavy for me.. and photos not really appealing. 230CAD for a night in karachi, I wouldn't pay , honestly unless really have 6 people with me to fill the flat...
Bathrooms with glass doors is a big 'no'.. no matter with whom i share the room..
When i go to book i have no option as only 'pay' , when I may have some questions to ask before doing that.. that's a 'no' for me.
'1 star' rating - not appealing..
------------------------------------------
Don't know what to suggest but maybe start over again and look into someone who can help to start, invest in someone from abroad.
More modern kind of interiors rather very traditional dark orientated. White bedding perhaps would be better than all those collors , i have nothing against it, but if you noticed most hotels use white.. it stands out more, shows clean.
Improve photos and price perhaps attract some local travellers to start with and gain some good reviews with a lower price.
Where are the details about the house, community, local life - photos????

It can take time to get traction on a new listing, especially starting with one review that’s not great. A few things that can help:
- Pricing: Be more aggressive at first to encourage early bookings. Use a tool like PriceLabs to compare rates in your area and adjust accordingly.
- Photos: Refresh your photos so the property stands out and looks inviting.
- Responsiveness: Reply quickly to every inquiry or message. Airbnb rewards hosts who are engaged.
- Reviews: Focus on giving guests a great experience to earn positive reviews. It’s tough starting with a one-star, but you can recover with consistent effort.
- Mindset: Listings don’t book themselves. It takes time, networking, and learning from others in hosting communities. Stay open to feedback and keep improving.
With consistent work, you can turn things around and get bookings.

Hi Nameer:
Guests need to trust you to book with you. Sadly your only review as a guest yourself is a 1 start review. This is a big problem for you. Reviews make or break you in the STR industry.
In addition, I've reviewed your listing and here are some thoughts....
- The title needs to be more attention getting with selling features. The current title doesn't do justice to your listing. Is there security? Is it a gated community? What's close by? Maybe try something like "2BR | 3BED | 2BATH | CONDO | KARACHI". Make it attractive and attention getting.
- The pic quality seems low and the pics are very dark. It's extremely difficult to see the details of the property. Open the curtains and let the natural light in to brighten the space for the pics. Power on the TV while taking the pics so guests know it's a working TV. Plus the pics are watermarked with the phone make/model. Potential guests know these are not professional pics, see your efforts as low class and less likely to book.
- The place needs to be staged properly for the pics. No guests should be in the pics. Add items to make the place inviting and decorate with modern decor. Remove clutter and garbage. I see an empty water bottle, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. in the pics.
- There are no exterior pics. It's important to sell not just the inside space, but also the exterior condo space.
- There are no pics of the streets/city/town to sell the location. This condo could be in a ghetto or a nice neighborhood but guests may never know. Show pics to sell the location.
- What do you offer that makes your listing stand out from others in your area?
- What amenities can you add to beef up your listing?
- What value added services can you offer?
- What airports are close by?
- What activities/sightseeing/excursions are available?
- Do you have a welcome book?
- Do you have a guidebook?
- Are there any trusted drivers you can partner with or recommend?
- Is your listing child friendly?
- Do you have board games or other indoor entertainment?
- You need a lot more details about the property, the city, location etc. The listing description is very light. Put some more time and effort into writing about the place to get bookings.
- You talk about a beautiful balcony. Show it. Show pics of the views.
Essentially, think of what you may want as a guest and add those things.
It's a sales job all the way and you MUST sell every aspect of the property.
I hope the above helps...

Hi @Nameer0!
First and foremost, the condo is very well decorated, clean, and a perfect size for a getaway in Karachi. My suggestions on listing improvements are as follows:
1. Consider adding amenities to the property for guests to feel safe during their stay. Having active smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, locks for bedroom doors, and a source for heating the condo would be beneficial for all guests, and relatively low cost to install.
2. As others have mentioned, adding a more attractive listing title will gain more attention, and a detailed list of nearby attractions will help with visibility & bookings.
3. Update the correct amount of guests allowed at the condo - it currently states 8 and there are only 3 beds.
4. Unless it is the rules of your apartment complex, the listings quiet hours are from 12am-12am, which should be corrected if not.
