Worried this place is a scam as someone previously had mentioned it.

Hi, please could you look into this listing and let me know if it is legitimate. 

Someone had mentioned in the reviews it was cancelled a couple of days before their stay and they believed it was a scam.

I would like to know before my 48hr free cancellation.

The link has been taken down as it's against the T & C's to publish links that don't belong to you.

What is the average score for the listing?  Recent reviews?  Is the host a super host or the listing a "Guest favorite"?

It can happen that hosts cancel a reservation and this can be due to a problem with a double booking or damage caused by a previous guest but not easy to say here I'm afraid.

Trust your instincts would be my advice.
