Why can't we set these minimums in the context of the calendar as we always could? Not only is it harder to set up, I can no longer see the minimum stays that I have set up from the calendar side. Much much harder to manage and navigate. Please bring back the ability to do this in the context of the calendar!

Hi @Jeff2474 @Heather-and-Mark0 ,
As @Joan2709 mentioned, did you manage to get through the settings after enabling the professional hosting tools?
I am sharing the screenshots from Joan again for your reference. I hope it helps and do keep us posted :

Using Rule Sets
https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2061/
I am having the same problem, but with an added frustration. I do custom trip lengths all the time and can no longer set the day for check-in. It only allows me to set the minimum amount of nights. This causes trips to be booked on my calendar with random check-in days and gaps between reservations. I am so frustrated and trying to figure out how to get the old calendar back.
Hmmm...I have not done this custom setting to calendar. I think with Rule Sets you can set the custom day of the week for checkin/checkout (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thur etc.) and add a minmum stay.
Can you clarify that you are trying to set a minimum stay for specific calendar dates 7/7/23, 7/8/23, 7/9/23, etc?? (not day of the week - Mon/Tues/Wed, etc.)?
@Joan2709 Yes. Cannot add or even see minimum stay info while in the calendar view
Confirmed. Not day of the week.
Hi @Jeff2474
I'm seeing what you mean now...Airbnb needs to add functionality to Pro Tools/Rule Sets to allow AND not allow Check-in OR Check-out on specific dates (not just day of the week; Mon, Tues, Wed, etc.)
@Bhumika, perhaps you can forward this to the appropriate team? I just came across this same issue on one of our properties. This functionality needs to be added to Pro Toos/Rule Sets.
I'm sending feedback on this to Airbnb. Suggest ALL Hosts experiencing this issue do this also.
Hi @Jeff2474 ,
Lots of posts about this problem. See link to post below on how to resolve for now with screen shots:

I have had the pro tools turned on for quite a while now.
Please bring back the “in context” minimum stay in the calendar. I was sooo much better!
Hi Bhumika & @Jeff2474, @Heather-and-Mark0 :
Here is what I found out after a very lengthy discussion with CS. Maybe creating a Community Guide would be helpful?
Use Rule Sets to Set a Date Range for Custom Check-in and/or Checkout
Prior to the Summer 2023 Release, Hosts were able to select a date range to apply custom check-in and/or checkout restrictions on the regular calendar. Currently (as of 08/16/23), that functionality has been removed on the regular calendar. However, you CAN still apply a custom *date range* (not just day of the week) restriction for check-in and/or check-out using Pro Tools and Rule Sets; it’s just accomplished in a different fashion. If Airbnb would simply add a date range box to Rule Sets in Availability, that would be easier for Hosts. I have provided feedback on that and suggest all Hosts experiencing this issue do the same.
In the mean-time (as of 08/16/23), here is how to add check-in and/or check-out restrictions for a range of dates using Pro Tools and Rule Sets (per CS):
Hope this helps anyone who is struggling to use restricted check-in and/or check-out after the release. Let us know if it works for you!
I am experiencing the same issue. I am sure that I could previously easily see my minimum nights in my calendar. It is really frustrating and such a basic requirement as I manage two properties.
Really disappointing.
