Zero Option to Upload New Experiences Photos

Hi Airbnb Fam,

I host fashion tours in Nairobi, Kenya. I have a video and 19 photos uploaded. I want to upload new pics - better pics. There is zero option to do so on the desktop or the mobile app. I called and emailed the Airbnb customer team numerous times to no avail. They always say that they will have their engineering dept fix the issue. It's been months. No fix. Is anyone else dealing with this? I've even tried using a VPN.

I do not have any answer for you as I do not have an experience AirBNB

But after listening to @Catherine-Powell latest conference on YouTube, I see that the experience is no longer the priority of AirBNB.

Maybe they are putting less energy on the UI.

i have read many post over the last 6 months were host could no longer manage their experience on the Apps
