advice for first long-term rental

Hi all!

A family reserved my house for several months. This will be my first experience with long a long stay. 

Does anyone have advice on how to proceed? 

For example, do I need to make an inventory as is usual for year-round rentals?

Any other suggestion?

-Determine a schedule for regular maintenance and cleaning. Decide whether you or the guest will be responsible for certain tasks, and how often professional cleaning will occur.

-Clarify how utilities and services (like internet, cable, electricity, water, gas) will be managed.

-For longer stays, guests might appreciate a more personalized space. Allowing them to make the space feel more like home, within reason, can enhance their experience. Hope this helps!
