airbnb confirmed a reservation that is not available

I got a notice today that my condo is reserved for a few days next week, and it is not available those days!  They were not available on the calendar.  How did that happen?

@Lynda266  check your booking availability setting. I think they recently changed how blocking works. I had something similar happen, and resolved it by switching from only allowing bookings 3 months out to only allowing them for the dates I set available.

OK. I fixed  that part. One other question. If you want to do the no refund cancellation, how do you set it up on the website. I can’t find that

There isn't an option on Airbnb to have no refund cancellations @Lynda266  (have a look at host cancellation policies on Airbnb Help).

If you blocked out dates and you had a booking. Call Airbnb and ask them to process as a no penalty cancellation (this has happened to me about 8 times).
