Hello, I would like information about the booking engine, I formed a partnership with Amenitiz, however, after connecting to my Airbnb account, it generated a series of changes that were not agreed upon.

He left my booking system all messed up and I didn't want to take responsibility.

Does Airbnb have a policy in this cas

I did a quick search in the Community Center and found @Paul10000 who had used Amenitiz services in the past on the thread 'Airbnb charges'. @Paul10000, I wondered if you had any insights to share with @Elson486?

Hi Rebecca,

The website that Amenitiz set up for me as part of their program gave an incorrect location and photos that were not my property !!

I also found it very difficult to follow their way of operating and was given very little training on how their operating system worked.

On top of that because I was with a management company Airbnb charged 17.5% instead of 3% that I am now being charged, so I finished with Amenitiz and am happy to be back in control of my business.

Hi @Elson486 Airbnb doesn't have any involvement or responsibility for any third party management software that you choose to integrate with your STR listing on Airbnb. 

it's also a good idea to check out reviews on any management software before deciding to use it .
