change length of stay for different times of the year
Hi there. I live in a high tourist area. During the months of Nov - May, I will accept a guest for 1 night. From May - end of October, I would request a 2 night stay. I thought that I had changed my custom length of stay to reflect this but I just received a request during high season for 1 night. I accepted the request but want to ensure this does not happen again. Can anyone help? Thank you
@Anna11413 You can receive a request for various reasons outside your custom rules. The guest should not be able to book a reservation which is outside the settings. However if that happens due to a system glitch, you can contact Air BNB CS to have the reservation cancelled no penalty. You also can just accept the reservation if you choose.
