Hi - i have been trying to add text to various categories using the app (ie my phone) when I go into say - listing description and place the cursor at the end of the sentence I want to add text to — somehow the cursor jumps to the end of the paragraph and in some cases deletes characters — this is not related to a character limit btw — bottom line - I am unable to add text to my listing - and it is very annoying to have to get on the computer for minor edits …

- Try hitting return to lock in curser position first. Make your edits then delete any extra spaces.
- If that doesn’t work, log off Airbnb on all devices. Then delete app on phone and then reinstall app
the return idea didn’t work — but if I delete app it says it will delete all data ?????
k…could be a setting on your phone also 🤔
No worries…all apps say that when you delete them. All your data is actually stored on Airbnb not the app itself. I believe it will ask you to turn on Notifications after you reinstall but that’s it.
Try turning your phone off first. Wait 1 min then turn back on.
If that doesn’t work I would delete the app and reinstall.

Have you managed to edit the description through the mobile app or had to eventually switch to a computer?
