get more bookings

Hello, 

I had a booking for 2 months (family had to stay due to their home being damaged by hurricane). The home hasn't been booked since then. No review from me or them afterward, so at this point I have two 5 stars.  I did raise the rates and there's a house very similar to mine nearby with same rates. What can I do to get more bookings? I have it on furniture finder, vrbo, and bookings.

Your ranking looks great, nothing to improve there! I searched Morganton, 6 guests with flexible dates and no filters. You were 2nd. The same position held for 5 and 4 guests - when I drop it to 3 guests you move to the 4th spot. Your price seems reasonable, which probably helps with the high ranking. I think either you'll be booked very soon, or there may be a bit of a slowdown in the whole area ...
