Im new with airbn business, 

I would liket to charge the cleaning fee $75 per day and minimun day to stay on my property is 3 days.

the checking 11:00 am and check out time 3 pm and if they want to check out later time, can I make additonal charge ?

and also I want limited of pets are 2 and weight is 15 lbls 

can I do so?

the non refundable pet policty is $400  ? and Pets stay $60 per day ? ..

where I can modify those in the airbnb web.

I suggest  you read the  Airbnb  set up   criteria  because I  don't  think you can do as described.   As  far as I  know cleaning fees are  set  for a duration  of  days not  per day same for a pet fee.  I   don't believe Airbnb has  the ability to  set up a non  refundable  deposit.  I would look at  the rules  and see  how your requirements  can  be  fulfilled or if maybe your direction   changes
