@Thomas3103 The simple answer I am afraid is you can't. The penalty for letting down a guest by cancelling them is a fine plus the blocking of your calendar for the period in question.
Your only hope is that you can convince Airbnb that the work was urgent (effectively an extenuating circumstance) but I think this will be hard to prove as they have already blocked your calendar.
