@Etem6

You can't because  the reviews are  based on  a whole apartment rental and private room rentals in a shared apt are a different product.

@Etem6,

You can change the details for the existing listing from a 2 bedroom to a private room, and maintain those reviews.  Then you can create a new second listing by copying the first one or making an entirely new listing.  This listing will have a designation of New without any reviews, and will get a boost in where it appears in search results and you will be able to apply the 20% new listing discount to attract guests.

Don't just believe what I say, check the Airbnb Help Center

@Etem6 An alternative to @Debra300 's excellent suggestion is to have 3 listings.

Listing A - as existing

Listing B - 1 bed shared place

Listing C - 1 bed shared place

Then link the calendars A to B and A to C to avoid double bookings.

You will keep all the reviews of Listing A and could refer people to these in the descriptions of B and C.

The only issue with Debra's suggestion is that people may get confused by the review and book a 1 bed shared place thinking it is all for them!

By the way even if you delete the 2 bed listing your reviews will stay against you as the account holder.
