listing not generating ANY bookings?!

Hi all, my listing is below. It intially picked up 2-3 bookings few months ago, but since picks up nothing. I try to target longer stays of 28 days+ for 3-4 months in advance. However i dont get any bookings at all. Would like some feedback on the listings, ameneties or descriptions to help optimise this please.

Thank you

@Mayur51  According to your calendar, you appear to have lots of bookings up until December.  If you are hosting shorter stays, you can't get 28 day bookings as there is no room to do so.

I personally prefer shorter stays, yes, they are more work but I want them in and out.  Less wear and tear on the property, more opportunity for cleaning and repairing things. Just my .2 cents.😀

Hi @Mayur51!

Thank you so much for asking for a listing critique here, it will really help you. When did you start hosting?

'm also tagging a few other hosts to see what they think about your listing: @Bryon48@Kate-And-Mitch0@Rudolf103@Bradley181@Andrea8411@Angela3583@Dana225 and @Marie8425.

Thank you everyone in advance and hope we can help you!

Best,

Alex

@Mayur51

Your calendars don't have 28 days available to book

Your Overall Review rating falls significantly below the 4.8 preference.

Can be fixed but your calendar has to be available for the market you are targeting.

Probably because it's an expensive way of guests booking a home stay for longer periods .

London is a very overcrowded market for short term rental .

if you only want to take longer rentals you could set a minimum stay of say 28 nights but this will vastly reduce the type of guest wanting to book.
