long-term rental in Athens, Greece

I am thinking of renting my condo this summer and wonder how to deal with the high cost of utilities in Athens.   The place is new and I have no idea what the bills will come to, especially as guests are likely to use air-conditioning much of the time.  Even assuming that the bills are not included in the rental price, how can one hope to collect from foreigners who will be gone by the time the bills arrive?  Any advice will be hugely appreciated.

Hi @Irena32

I would just average out what you pay in monthly utilities, divide by 30, and add 10% for a daily charge. I would also include notes throughout the condo and in the house rules, to please turn thermostat down to xx degrees when leaving out for the day and turn off all lights when not in use.

I’m very new, too. Why divide by 30 - oh, for days?
