looking to get in touch w/a host who currently has an airbnb listing in a rented apartment/condo in Houston or tx.

I'm wanting to rent a place for the intention of listing as an airbnb (yes it's legal, yes some landlords allow it) and am looking for a mentor, preferably in houston tx.  thanks.
