@Madhav28 in a saturated marketplace it is hard to get to the top of the search rankings. Things that will help are having Instant Book turned on, having a flexible cancellation policy, and having many bookings. If you look in Airbnb help they suggest other things but its a very secret algorithm so we are really guessing.

thanks for your suggestion. my instant booking is on .i will see my cancellation policy i just wanted to know which cancellation police you will suggest me.

@Madhav28 we operate a STRICT cancellation policy so that if we get a booking we will get paid something. This does restrict the bookings we get but we decided that this is a sensible trade off. With FLEXIBLE a guest can cancel during their stay and still get some money back.

Exactly. I was going to mention how important it is to look @ the AirBnB support. We need to self promote & there are so many ways we can do that. 
I strongly suggest for one to look up their topic. Google for me brought me right to a ton of answered with in the AirBnB Community Center. When I couldn’t find a satisfactory answer, I put my question into the group also gaining & sharing my own experiences. I spent months researching. 
It seems the same questions frequently of late keep popping up! 
Having a successful AirBnB is a lot of research, self promotion & hard work with constant trials, reevaluations & implementations.
