Hello..as I can’t access Airbnb on my phone I haven’t been able to read my reviews.. can you help.?

My photos have always shown up. I just noticed that the thumbnail photos show up on the main page, but when I click on "show all photos" only a fraction are there. I tried logging on and off, plus used different search engines.
I have contacted airbnb with no answers as of yet.

Hi @Susan95 , following up on this, the tech team was able to review it and seems like the issue should have likely been resolved.
If it still doesn't appear correctly on your desktop browser, it is recommended to follow the basic troubleshooting and try accessing the account after following the below steps and re-check everything :

The customer support team have been next to useless on this issue. I have been fobbed off continuously and over 5 days simply asked to wait while the engineers fix the problem. Needless to say nothing has happened and the problem is still ongoing.
Yesterday I spent an afternoon playing with images and the tour upgrade and worked out what has caused the problem and a quickish work around. Essentially the last upgrade to the tour is what causes the problem with the « tour scroll ». And I have worked out what it is as well.
i have asked for a supervisor to call repeatedly and I have had the message strings ended whilst the situation was still on going. I have had conversations with staff who say they will escalate but nothing happens.
Nothing seems to work. I have tried uploading new imagesa and they do not show up. Without tech support as promised from airbnb, the fixes from airbnb support really do not work.
I do wish they could find someone who really knows what they are doing to correct the problem.
You need to delete all your images and even the last one which will not go. I loaded one new image and then deleted the last of the old images and the I reloaded all the images.
i couldn’t agree more re the account support ambassadors they are totally useless and the engineers do not seem to be treating the issue with enough urgency. I was repeatedly told to hold on and be patient. As the engineers would sort it out.
I am not sure the delete and reload entirely works we seem to have 1 listing showing the apartment with 9 out of 30 images but at least they are good ones.
the other 2 listings nothing seems to work every solution seems to end up in the same place 1 or 2 pictures on the tour but whatever happens the extra pictures never show.
I do not understand why tech support is not addressing this matter. I find it so confusing as images will show up on a cell phone, but not on the computer - using any search engine.

I just came here to see if anyone else was experiencing this issue.
From my Mac laptop, I too can see the thumbnail collection but when I click "show all photos" only 2 exterior photos populate. From my Airbnb app on my phone, I can see all 18 photos listed viewing as both host and traveller.
I've tried like Susan95 logging out and back in, changing web browsers.
