I think that all the hosts have noticed that with each new update AIBNB platform and service is getting worse and worse. It has already become completely impossible to use it. It is not possible to set or change a special prices for a week or month that was previously set. 
Also for some reason, guests have the right to cancel a reservation within the first 24 hours without any penalties or fees, but the hosts do not have such a right and must pay a fine of 1,000 dollars. I think this is unfair and it infringes on the rights of hosts.
