"30 Minute Drive to National Park" added to my listing. It's a 2.5 hour drive to the National Park

I have called Airbnb and chatted numerous times.  I have provided screenshots of directions from my property to Sequoia National Park showing it is 2.5 hours away.  I have provided the longitude and latitude coordinates multiple times. I have been asked to update the "categories" of my listing.  It has been FOUR MONTHS since Airbnb added "30 Minute Drive to National Park" to my listing.  Support asks for the same documentation from me every time, tells me it will be fixed in 72 hours, meanwhile they close the ticket and 4 months later and so much time.  Still not fixed.  Please help! This is SO confusing and frustrating for my guests and for me.

Known bug with proximity callouts that Airbnb has not corrected.

@Rebecca @Bhumika - could you forward to the correct Team at Airbnb as Guests are seeing incorrect information on this listing and this could cause issues for the guests and the Host.

Thank you!! Yes known bug but strangely every new ticket they request new info or repeat info. The last person said it’s because of my categories which are “cabin” and “view”. VERY confusing and frustrating for guests. My last review said I was too far from the national park. Listing clearly states 2.5 hour drive but the “30 Min From National Park” Airbnb added is 100% incorrect.

This is exactly why this should be taken care of ASAP...

The guest that complained it was too far to Natl Park...did they leave a negative review?

I suggest you add in the first sentence or two of the description that you are actually 2.5hrs from the park and Airbnb has a "bug" showing 30mins. Alternatively, you can message each guest who books the same info and and advise you have tried for months to get this corrected to no avail. This will give the opportunity to cancel if they wish for a full refund instead of writing something in the review and possible giving you a negative review for something that is not your fault.

Yes I have it in ALL CAPS right at the beginning of my listing description but as we know, not all guests read every word! So just look at photos and book! 😅
