Hello I'm willing to rent my apartment on Airbnb for a couple of months without having to apply for host license. I've read this "You don’t need to register if you host for more than 31 nights at a time." Can you guide me how to continue my listing since I 'am renting it for more than 31 nights at a time. Thank you

@Hichem14 Have you set the min stay to 32 nights and the max stay to a larger figure?

I have the same problem and the roadblock occurs before Inhave the option to set minimum or maximum stays. No way to get around it.

I’ve run into this same problem. I want to rent for minimum 6 months, and it tells me Indont have to register — but it won’t let me continue without entering the license numbers (that I would get if I registered).

Navigate away from that page, such as Home.

Then re-select Listings and click on your place.

From there a Left side menu will let you edit the Min and Max length of stay.

Once the Minimum is set, you get the option to Publish
