the number of nights booked totally wrong

I have been encountering this recurring problem FOR A FEW MONTHS of the number of nights booked totally wrong in 2023 and continues to be wrong for January 2024.

I rent my entire house only on AIRBNB (no other platform...no exported calendars.°

AIRBNB counts me to date:

on 2023 184 nights booked against 96 nights booked in real, checked one by one on calendar month by month.

on January 2024 on AIRBNB 15 nights booked versus 3 nights booked in real.

I am obliged to keep an excellent chart to track my nights booked as and when bookings and not to exceed the number of 120 nights per year because in main residence.

I made a dozen calls, sent e-mails.

TO DATE THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SETTLED!!

@Bara0 same problem with us. I've reported it several times on the platform and the new earnings tab doesn't seem to have nights booked anymore so maybe they won't bother mending the old one.

I learnt a while back that keeping my own records is much better and more accurate as we need to report nights to the Valuations Office Agency in the UK to maintain our business rates status and to HMRC to maintain our Furnished Holiday Let status.
