want to change from nightly rentals to monthly

Hi guys hope you all are doing well, got a question is it better to do rentals per night or per month.

im asking because i recently joined airbnb and ive got my first confirmed booking for november, however 

initially i wanted to do monthly rather than nightly. any suggestions

@Angelo807 it depends entirely on local laws, your preference and your market.

We only allow stays between 3 nights and 30 nights. The 3 nights is because we don't want to clean every day. The 30 nights is due to UK tax reasons.

Sure we lose bookings (as many request shorter stays) but the benefits outweigh the costs for us.
