where is the "amazing view" option?

Where is the option to select "Amazing views"?? why the heck would you get rid of this option?? this was the sole reason I was using airbnb to begin with and now after using it for 7 whole years, I no longer find the reason to continue to book through airbnb as every single options I get in my search are bland places with ZERO views. Please dev, have some common sense and bring this option along with all the other options ASAP. Every single listing are now all boring places and I am unable to look for any interesting places with great views. Bring it back. NOW!!!

Airbnb removed all categories sometime in April. Not sure why? My guess is it wasn't used alot and they were moving to promote Experiences and Services, but that's just a guess.

You'll have to use the Filters beachfront, waterfront and/or look at individual listings under the callouts and "What This Place Offers" under amenities in order to find something that you might like with great views. I don't think any other platforms have anything similar to categories:

that is absolutely ridiculous. what do you mean no one was using it?? i was using airbnb solely for THAT reason, being able to filter was the very reason i was using airbnb !!! bring this back now 😤

Most guests don't search by categories. The usual search is by dates, location, number of guests, price, bedrooms/bathrooms and possibly using some amenities filter. Categories was a nice niche option, but Airbnb must have stopped using it for a reason.

Same!  I enjoyed all the categories to peruse properties available.  Vacations are based on the home.  Miss the amazing views, treehouse, etc.  Please return it!

Completely agree. 

I searched by Amazing Views almost every single time I booked on Airbnb and I'm so disappointed to see this feature removed. 

Maybe instead of categories they can let us search by tags and let the homeowner tag them with certain select tags like Amazing Views, Great for Families, etc.

agree entirely, terrible UX not to have the category filters any more, ruins my airbnb experience entirely -- much, much worse user journey.
