why i'm not getting guest? since december 2024.

If you are getting less bookings, maybe that means that we need to change and improve your listing with the help of other hosts: What do you think of creating a new conversation asking for a Critique my listing?👀

It looks like you have never had a booking not a decrease.  The Airbnb Search is lowering your display page because no traffic.

First tweak your listings.  Do not make 2 listings for the same thing.  Cover photo is the same for two listings you will get flagged for duplicate listing.

Bedroom two where you sleep picture is a plant and description says sofa bed.

Picture of the living room gives impression that entry door is open at the top.  

Pictures of kitchen

Tell me information about property area and you.

Then you have to rebuild traffic.

Turn on Airbnb Professional Mode.  As you make changes to your listing, you can review Insights.

Turn on Airbnb Instabook that will make your display higher.  Doesn't offer total protection but when I turn om to discourage scammers I do like 3 days notification and 3 days minimum stay.

Airbnb Custom Discounts I believe after you Host your first three guests you have access.  With a 20% discount Airbnb does some great marketing.
