why show property that is available for book, but it is actually not available

In the last few times when I try to book a property with Airbnb, it shows the properties are available, but when I contact the hosts before booking, they informed me that the property is not available for booking, they said it is AirBNB's problem, airbnb is not updating the property. So did any one have a similar problem, and how do we bring this up with Airbnb

I dont think it's an airbnb problem, I think it's more the host picking and choosing a booking,

In the future only try to book where you can instant book,

What is the instant book, because when I try to book it, it said I have to wait until the host to confirm within 24hr. This won't work for me if the host is try to pick and choose and since I can't book another one at the last minute.
