Les quiero advertir sobre David & Bonnie, tuve mi peor experiencia, y airbnb en ningún momento se contacto conmigo.
Quiero denunciar a David que viaja con Bonnie, una señora mayor y 2 gatos, la cuenta está a nombre de Bonnie, pero es David quien la maneja, ya que Bonnie no se expone a radiaciones de wifi e internet. No solo han invadido mi vida en 5 días, he estado pendiente de ellos, y parten 2 días antes a las 3 de la madrugada acusándome de un robo para reclamar el dinero de la estadía. Luego de una semana pide perdón diciendo que encontro los documentos escondidos en una maleta. A esto esto, el escándalo que probocó la seria acusación a medianoche, no me permiten mas en mi barrio trabajar recibiendo huespedes.

Dear AIRBNB: While we were out of our rental this past Tuesday, the rental manager entered our rental without permission. We found out that Bonnie's wallet was missing after the rental manager entered the premises while we were not present. The rental manager says that she is the only other person with a key to the rental. Bonnie's passport is missing, she insists it was stolen from the house. We also maintain that the rental manager knows where the missing wallet is located. We have reported the incident to the police since the rental manager has suggested we never HAD the wallet at the rental even though Bonnie is completely sure she stored her wallet in the bedroom at the rental. Other travelers should avoid this place. The stolen wallet has caused us to spend hundreds of dollars more for other accommodations in town and we want a refund of $309 since the rental was not secure and others had access to it with keys. We left the rental and checked out after we found out the wallet with the passport had been stolen from the house and we have not returned. This was Tuesday night after we searched all of our possessions several times and were told by the manager and her relationship partner that he found no wallet in the rental at about 3 a.m. Wednesday when the police contacted him. The rental manager told us that she would search the rental herself this Saturday when she returns from a trip. We have canceled the credit cards in the wallet. We need help to resolve.
