why do you hold up the interest of the travelers only?
Distroying hosts will also destroy your reputation.
Why not offer a new cancellation policy like this:
- Guest can cancell for now
- Guest can book later, any time when bookable
- Payout: a certain part like 30 % now the rest as usual..... (or 10% annually if the case lasts longer)
- Guest receives a discount of 20 %
- And a badge of solidarity hero
In my opinion, you are not very creative, and not very ethical either, in your ways of dealing with hosts.
