Covid Cancellation in Victoria - how can my guest get a full refund as I have strict cancellation policy

my client has cancelled due to VIctorian Covid and my reservation is strict so they will only get 50% back. I thought that Airbnb would give total refund due to Covid in Victoria. Can someone hlep I want to give them the whole refund

Full refund because of Covid is only possible if booking was made before 15 March.

You can refund the (maximum) other 50% via the resolution centre.

From the reservation click "sent money" and follow instructions.
