Discrepancy in booking price after opting in for hosting COVID-19 workers

I opted two of my properties that are set up for longer term rentals into the COVID-19 open homes program yesterday.  Since then, I've received 2 requests--which is great.  However, the price shown in the app is roughly 20-30% LOWER than the price shown on the desktop.  The lower price doesn't even cover my costs, and I am having to decline the requests because I'm not sure if I'm approving the MUCH LOWER price (app) or the normal price (desktop).

Is there a bug in the Airbnb app right now, or is the COVID-19 Open Homes program somehow messing up the pricing?
