1099 payouts for co host

I am managing a luxury property for a non US citizen in and LLC.  I created the airbnb account and added his as a cohost and split the payments directly to each of our bank accounts.  Since it is well over $20,000 for each of us with airbnb be issuing us both 1099s?  If it all comes to me how can I change this with airbnb to make reporting my tax information easier?
