2 months and no response from Airbnb for monies owed from guest

I had a guest pay for only 2 guests to avoid the extra guest charge but he brought 3 and 4 guests and trashed my place! I requested the extra guest charges and still, after almost 2 months now, have not received funds. I have called Airbnb resolution center now 6 times and each time a rep tells me they're low man on the totem pole and that they cannot connect me directly to the folks that deal with that. They promised to look into it each time with the additional promise of getting back to me with any information and every time no one has gotten back to me! That's six different reps saying the same thing and not following through.

It's the strangest thing! And it's not even that much money!
