A confirmed reservation and all correspondence has disappeared

I had a confirmed reservation for 90 stay approved in early afternoon.  Now it is gone and all correspondence.  What happened?  Why didn't I get a notification from Aorbnb?  If guest had not called to say her account was deleted I wouldn't have known there was a problem.

What has your contact with Air BNB staff resulted in your understanding?  Pretty sure this host forum cannot understand  or help you understand, but we would like to know as much as you do.   My speculation is that there was something seriously wrong with this guest's profile and you might have dodged a bullet.  You might be stonewalled by Air BNB behind privacy policy, but it might be a good step to contact Air BNB.  Keep us posted.
