A female friend and her small dog need housing immediately in Charleston SC

I have a good friend in Charleston SC who has been struggling with lingering health challenges from long COVID. They've affected her ability to work so much that she's months late on paying her rent and is now at imminent risk of being evicted. Would any female hosts be willing to host my female friend (and her small dog) for a month or two without charge? That should be enough time for her to recover her health, go to work consistently, and get back on her feet financially.

I'm really sorry to hear about your friend. Has she found somewhere to stay since your post here? Are there any local organisations that might be able to assist her throughout this difficult time as well maybe?

Emilie, thanks very much for your concern. Unfortunately my friend is still in dire need of housing. She’s trying to get help through local organizations, but hasn’t succeeded.  I was hoping that an AirBnB host might be able to help, but it’s a lot to ask for them to forego guest income for a month.
