Accepting guests for open homes

I recently listed a room in my home via 'Open homes' to assist with the fire relief effort in New South Wales (in Australia).  Someone from China booked the room for one night (they didn't realise it was for emergency housing only).  Do you get the opportunity to have a conversation and approve or reject bookings via 'Open homes' before the booking is approved?

I am not sure how someone from China booked if it was only open for the Open Homes programme @Katrina218 . I would ask Airbnb to cancel the booking.

It would be great if you could get feedback from them to share here on whether you can vet/chat to guests from Open Homes before accepting.
