Hi everyone 

my Payouts have been pause for more than 8 days   

I have been sending messages and calls, but nothing happens 

I can’t reach my money from my AirBNB accouny

Do you have any experience like this

please could you help me to reach a supervisor or technical support from

Airbnb to resolve this big problem.

I am working with AirBNB but I cannot get my money since March 24th.

@Dania92 Firstly check your account payout details to make sure you haven't been hacked and the payments diverted. After that try a Twitter approach as it can be better customer support.

do you know how to reach AirBNB support on Twitter?

everyday I am receiving message from AirBNB saying that they need to pass to another level, but nothing happens 

I am so frustrated and I need to pay the people who are working with me.

I've been working on the same issue with Payoneer and Airbnb since January.  The only response I get is frivolous  and nonsensical answers from support.  Is it possible that Airbnb and Payoneer are both fraudulent and trying to bully us through incompetence out our money??  Certainly feels it!
