Airbnb cancelled my reservation it ended up being their fault

Airbnb canceled my reservation on 5/28/23. Called the host and they said it wasn't on their end. Called Airbnb and it ended up being for nonpayment. I argued and then upon further review, they found it I DID PAY IN FULL. they said it was their fault, but now with out the money to go book and time to find the perfect one. WHAT DO I DO!. mind you. I booked back in March!!!

Were you able to book a new reservation or successfully get in touch with Support?
