I have a reservation that guests book on December 2020, its after Covid so Covid cant be used as reason for full refund. I did my best to accommodate the guest by extending his reservation for a year and he mistakenly cancel the reservation and lost half of his money. I said pay the rest upon arrival and he ask me to give him full refund which is not the correct way, I ask him to do another booking he also refused and keep asking to refund his money like im a thief. I ask Airbnb and they said they can reopen the old reservation, they ask if I want to give full refund and I said no. And surprise! They gave it full refund. They give link about extenuating circumstances which im already familiar and in that link it say covid not listed as part of it and the guest not eligible. And till now they ignoring me.
