Hi, @Kelly1776 . You say you won't use Airbnb again, and this sounds like it is for the best in your case. It would be tough to successfully book with that profile.
For me, as a host, the problem is not the review itself. I've had guests stay who have had terrible reviews and it turned out fine. However, the things they did were not things that made any difference at my place. Whether or not you travelled with a dog, for instance, would not bother me. You say you didn't, but even if I believed the host, it wouldn't matter here. We are dog-friendly.
What would bother me is the line in your response where you say you have stayed many times and this is your only bad review. But it is your only review, period, so possibly a red flag. What account did you use for those other stays? Why did you close that account (if you did)? Did you stay through other platforms.? It would be best to say, as that anomaly would have me asking you what was up before I accepted a booking request.
Not that you are going to stay with me or any host after your awful experience. It's just something to think about for anyone else who is in your shoes.
