@RandJ-Sunshine0 There's a fabulous group in Brevard County - Airbnb just changed the name of the group      South Fl. Atlantic Coast Area Airbnb Host Community 

so go on FB and find the group and you'll love Dolly and Matthew and all the others in that group.

I have one in Indian Harbor Beach. After 2 years they gave us notice that we have to follow all these guidelines, more like a hotel. Would love to talk to more owners!
