As a TEAM, i want to avoid employees access to guest payments

As a super host i need the help of my staff constantly. Including messaging and calling guests who have confirmed reservations with us. After adding the team members i am shocked to learn that they even have access to how much each guest pays. This was not what i was expecting. How do i get around this? please give me a step by step solution as i do not want my staff nosing around into how much each guest is paying. All they need is their calling number and check in and checkout and how many pax booking that's it. Not how much the guest pays.

Team members are equal. They are not employer and employees. For the system, "team" is a union of hosts.

I guess you added them as co-hosts, in which case as @Dimitar27  says, they have the same access to info as you. Unlink them if this is incorrect, or contact Airbnb directly to sort it (this noticeboard is for hosts to exchange info).
