Best methods to get co-host introductions

As Airbnb hosts move from major cities to smaller cities where Airbnb might not be saturated as the big city, what methods of introduction and discovery has everyone had success with? Searching for Airbnb places is easy but finding a co-host seems to be a hit-or-miss method and one that could result in bad ratings if not handled properly by your co-host.

@Rajan2  Maybe I didn't quite understand your question. If you are looking for a co-host in a small town, open the listings you like and write to the people who lead them. Once again, I am sorry if I did not quite understand the wording correctly.😅
