Can not leave public reply to review now?

Can not leave public reply to review now?

I noticed that not long ago I was able to publicly reply on guest's review after I posted my review as well - now I am not seing it.

What happened?

That link works.

Weirdly I can not find that link anywhere in host menues and when I click on this link it pushes me over to the guests interface.

@Lenore22 I normally do everything at laptop, only quicky reply to messages on the phone and yes, I do follow up withoin 2-3 days, so 14 days deadline has no effect. But thank you

Sometimes I have trouble replying in the app on my phone and need to login in my computer in order to reply. I also think there is a deadline by which you need to reply (probably the 14-day review window)
