Cancel Reservtion

Hi team, we have accidentally clicked accept button and given our home was badly affected by typhoon Ursula (no electricity and limited water) we need to cancel the reservation below:

Jan 16-19, 2020. 

We are happy to refund full payment just to check what will be the effect on my account. Does it will not qualify me being Superhost anymore? Or issue with referral payout?

My cohost is the one who accidentally approved it who is currently a Superhost. If I will cancel, does her Superhost status become affected?

If you cannot host because of a recent natural disaster, whoever manages your listing should call Airbnb to cancel under exceptional circumstances @Ludy4
