Cancellation and refund amount

I like to cancel my booking due to COVID but like to know what the refund amount will be and like to have confirmation

It depends on the cancellation policy that you booked under @Deon68 and whether there are no travel orders in place for either the destination you are travelling to or the destination you are travelling from.
