Cancelled reservation transaction details missing

Hi,

I cant find the transaction details of the original booking for any cancelled reservations.  I can see all the cancelled reservations for April and May but there is no indication of what the original reservation amount was (surely that information is still available)?  It would be really useful to understand the extent of losses from the COVID-19 cancellations.  I am now getting cancellations through to September.  Can anyone help?

@Vaughn9  it seems as if Airbnb are deliberately removing the figures from cancelled reservations.
One can only presume is they hope that people will not have kept the details and then they will try to swindle you into accepting an even lower amount than the 12.5% they are saying they will payout for certain reservations.

The fact that @Airbnb are again being dishonest to the hosts really shows where their priorities lie!

I have this problem too. I am lucky enough to have an insurance policy on my properties that should cover me for the Covid19 crisis. My insurance company is asking me to provide evidence of my cancelled bookings specifically what losses I have incurred. I thought this would be easy and I could just print off the details from the cancelled bookings. I logged on to Airbnb ad found that all the cancelled booking have had all their details removed and there are no details of how much the original booking would have been and the reason for its cancellation. I do not understand why this is removed by airbnb and it needs to be reinstated especially in the current situation.

The only way to find the value of lost bookings is to look in the e-mail/message sent at the time each booking was made. Painfully slow I am afraid

Thanks for that.  Hadn’t really thought of that 😀

AIRBNB sleight of hand...flat out fraudulent behaviour!!!

AIRBNB sleight of hand.   They are not actually returning payments to guests either but instead providing guests with credit for upcoming trips. Thats pretty tricky. Dont you think?  Meanwhile we hosts get nothing...zero...zilch!!!
